The style I desired wasn't possible due to my hair length, but Suzanne offered a free consultation to ensure we get the right braid-hair for her techniques. She explained styles and techniques, provided options to ensure I make an informed decision. She was very accommodating and flexible to achieve the best hairdo. I highly recommend Suzanne.
